Return and exchange conditions

This return policy applies to the following countries: United Kingdom.

Our return period is 30 days after receipt of your order. After this period, returns or exchanges are unfortunately no longer possible.

You can return your items within 30 days of receiving your order if you received defective or damaged items, if you received the wrong size or color, if the item does not fit, or if you are not satisfied with the items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it in. The item must also be in its original packaging .

Return process

Send an email to info@rowenlondon.com to request a return form.

Please fill out the form and enclose it with your return.

Send the package to the address we provide. Use a shipping service with tracking.

After receiving the goods, we will refund you the amount within 5 days .


Return costs

Return shipping costs are generally borne by the customer and are non-refundable. This particularly applies to returns due to dissatisfaction or an incorrect size.

Since the sender is responsible for the return shipment, we strongly recommend using a shipping service with tracking (e.g. DHL) to ensure that the package arrives safely.

Exception: If your item was damaged, defective, or delivered incorrectly , we will, of course, cover all return shipping costs. In this case, our customer service team will be happy to assist you and provide you with the relevant information.

Note: When shipping with DHL, the estimated return costs are for the customer , the costs depending on the size and weight of the package.

Refund

After we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 7 days and refund the amount to your original payment method.

Delayed or missing refunds:

If you do not receive your refund on time, please check your bank account and contact your bank or credit card company if necessary.

In certain cases, only a partial refund may be issued or a refund may be refused :

Any item that is not in its original condition.

Any item that is missing parts and this is not our responsibility.

Exchange

The best way to exchange an item is to return it and then place a new order for the desired item.

Returns after the deadline

Items returned after the 30-day period may be refused or only partially refunded.

In such cases, please contact us for further information.


Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, you have one hour after placing the order to do so.

After this deadline, cancellations cannot be processed as processing and shipping of your order may have already begun.

To cancel within this period, please contact us at info@rowenlondon.com and provide your order number.

After the one-hour period has expired, you may, if necessary, initiate a return in accordance with our Return Policy.
