Important information about your address

Please check your delivery address carefully. We are not responsible for packages that cannot be delivered due to incorrect address information. In such cases, the purchase amount will be refunded, less the shipping costs. You will need to place a new order for a new delivery.

Address changes after ordering

Would you like to change your delivery address after placing your order? Please contact us as soon as possible at info@rowenlondon.com. If your package hasn't been shipped yet, we can still adjust the address. If the package has already been shipped, unfortunately, an address change is no longer possible.
