Are you not satisfied with your order or did you order the wrong size? No problem! You can return or exchange your order within 30 days of receiving it.

General return conditions:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving the product.
  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • Please include the original receipt or proof of purchase.

What are the conditions?

Incorrectly ordered products can be returned as long as they are unused and in their original packaging. Unfortunately, customized or specially made products cannot be returned.

Do I have to pay for the return?

Yes, return shipping costs are the responsibility of our customers. We strongly recommend sending the return with tracking, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.

Can I return my product without contacting you?

No, please contact us before sending your return. The return address may differ from the address your original order was shipped from.

My order is damaged, what should I do?

Please send us a photo or short video showing the damage or quality issue with the item. The item should be photographed on a flat surface, clearly showing both the brand logo and the defect.

This information helps us process your claim quickly and improve our processes. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving the damaged product.


Returns in 4 Easy Steps

  1. Send an email to info@rowenlondon.com to request a return form. Read the conditions carefully before returning the product to our sorting center.
  2. Fill in the return form.
  3. Send your order along with the completed return form to the provided address. Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility. Make sure the package includes a tracking number.
  4. Once we have received the package, we will refund the purchase amount to your bank account within 5 days.

Exchanges in 4 Easy Steps

  1. Send an email to info@rowenlondon.com with photos or a short video of the defective product and a brief description of the issue.
  2. Our team will review the product based on your photos/videos.
  3. Once approved, we will send a replacement product to you free of charge.
  4. Our customer service will provide you with tracking details for the replacement shipment.

Refunds

Once we have received your return, verified the products are unopened and unused, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Please contact us after shipping your return and share the tracking details so we can process your refund.

Your financial institution may take 3–5 business days to process the refund.
